Cancellation

Cancellation is not applicable for digital software that is instantly delivered. Due to its nature, once the software is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. However, we are committed to resolving any issues by either replacing the product license key or providing you with technical support. We guarantee a 100% success rate in making the product work on your system.

We provide a 1-month activation warranty for all digital software and a 7-day warranty for any replacements.
We offer complimentary technical support for 1 month from the date of purchase. After this period, you can avail of paid support at USD 7 per license, which remains valid for 7 working days.
If a digital item does not work, please contact us with your order ID and detailed error screenshots. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue via remote access. If we are unable to fix it, we will provide a replacement immediately.
For remote assistance, you can share Ultra Viewer with us. If you do not have it, you can download it from the official site: ultraviewer.net.

You are eligible for a refund only if the software does not work even after a replacement has been provided, due to an issue with the license key itself.
You are not eligible for a refund if the key fails because you are using it on an incorrect software edition, an old version, or due to any system error on your side that is not related to the product key.
Wrong purchases made by you are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or any compensation. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product for your needs.
If you do not use the key after delivery, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement. The activation warranty is valid for 1 month only.
All refund and replacement eligibility will be strictly verified by our team via remote access.
After confirming eligibility, we will initiate a refund of the product value to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
