Cancellation of Digital Products
- Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital software, cancellation is not applicable once the product license key or access details have been delivered.
- Once delivered, digital software cannot be cancelled.
- However, we are committed to ensuring you can use your product. We will either:
- Replace the product license key, or
- Provide you with **technical support** to resolve any issues.
- We aim for a 100% success rate in making your purchased software work on your system.
Replacements & Warranty
- We provide a 1-month activation warranty for all digital software from the date of purchase.
- A 7-day warranty is offered for any replacement keys provided.
- We offer free technical support for 1 month from the date of purchase. Should you require support after this period, paid support options may be available by contacting our team.
- If the digital item does not work for reasons related to the product key, please contact us promptly with your:
- Order ID
- Error details / screenshots
- We will first attempt to fix the issue, often via secure remote access.
- If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide a replacement immediately.
- For remote access assistance, you may be asked to share your UltraViewer ID with us. If you do not have it installed, you can download it from: Download UltraViewer
Refunds for Digital Products
- You are eligible for a full refund if the software does not function even after a replacement has been provided, specifically due to an issue with the license key supplied by us.
- You are not eligible for a refund if the license key or software does not work due to:
- Using it on the wrong software edition (e.g., trying to activate a Windows Pro key on Windows Home).
- Attempting to use it with an outdated or incorrect version of the software.
- Any system error, hardware incompatibility, or issue on your side not directly related to the provided product key's validity or functionality.
- Incorrect purchases made by you (e.g., buying the wrong product for your needs) are not eligible for refund, replacement, or any compensation. Please ensure you carefully review your order before purchase.
- If you choose not to use or activate the key after delivery for any reason unrelated to a product defect, it is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation. The activation warranty is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Refund and replacement eligibility will be checked and verified by our team, which may include remote access to diagnose the issue.
- After confirming eligibility, we will initiate a refund of the product value to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
