Cancellation is not applicable for digital software that is instantly delivered. Digital software, once delivered, cannot be cancelled due to its nature. However, we can either replace the product license key or provide you with technical support to resolve any issues. We guarantee a 100% success rate in making it work on your system.
Returns & Replacement
We provide a 1-month activation warranty for digital software and a 7-day warranty for any replacements.
We offer free technical support for 1 month from the date of purchase. After that, you can avail of paid support at USD 7 per license, which will be valid for 7 working days from the day you opt for it.
If the digital item does not work for any reason, contact us with your order ID and error details/screenshots. We will attempt to fix the issue via remote access. If we are unable to fix it, we will provide a replacement immediately.
For remote access, you can share Ultra Viewer with us. If you do not have it, you can download it from https://www.ultraviewer.net/en/UltraViewer_setup_6.6_en.exe
Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if the software does not work even after replacement due to an issue with the license key.
You are not eligible for a refund if the key does not work because you are using it on the wrong edition, an old version, or due to any system error or issue on your side not related to the product key.
Wrong purchases made by you are not eligible for refund, replacement, or any compensation. Please ensure you order the correct product.
If you do not use the key after delivery for any reason, it is not eligible for refund, replacement, or any compensation. The activation warranty is only for 1 month.
Refund and replacement eligibility will be checked and verified by our team via remote access.
After confirming eligibility, we will initiate a refund of the product value to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
